Black Polyester is two layers of 23micron thick laminated together using
an adhesive with black pigment. This has the benefit that the black will
not scratch off.
Although the film has UL approval the laminated product does not.

Manufactured to BS2848/3/105T

Flexible Leads
Flexible leads connected to the Toroidal transformer winding by solder
connection and insulated from windings with polyester film board/polyester
adhesive tape/PVC tubing.
Security of Parts
Parts shall be secured to prevent any rotation or shifting, which could
result in a reduction of electrical spacing.
Connectors
Connectors shall be applied so as to ensure the insulation and containment
of all bare wiring strands.
Testing
All transformers to be tested immediately before packing for:
1. Residual current
2. Open circuit voltage test
3. Hi pot test
