Returned items should be posted to our factory address listed below accompanied by their original paperwork. Please detail the reason for the return and if a replacement is required or not. Your statutory rights are not affected

Once the item has been received we will take the necessary steps to action a refund within 14 days and send you confirmation by e-mail. For custom-build transformers refunds will be only issued if goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt. All refunds will be given at Company's discretion.
